Calibration and Testing of Safety Valves & Preventest

A.D.T has several test benches for safety valves and valves designed for accurate and efficient calibration and testing.
The test benches offer various usage functions to the customer and are intended to address different needs according to the challenges arising at our customers' sites.
The testers support gas and liquid testing, while meeting international standards in the field.

The test benches support gas and liquid tests, while complying with international standards. All test benches offer a reliable and comprehensive solution for testing safety valves and valves of all types, and at the end of the test, a complete report is received with a graphic output.

Among our test benches:

Test Bench for On-Site Hot Tests - PREVENTEST:

Allows periodic calibration of safety valves while they are installed on the line and without shutting down the system and maintaining operational continuity of the site.

The tests are performed by a cutting-edge technology system that includes an international database of safety valves, enabling precise data establishment and reaching an ideal result.

Advantages:

✓ Test results are based on ASME / API standard.

✓ The test bench meets the ATTEX standard and allows use in an explosive and hazardous environment.

✓ The test bench includes a broad and comprehensive database of most valve manufacturers, thus establishing an accurate result.

✓ Receiving a result on a colorful and clear graphic output that provides a perfect picture of the valve's functioning.

✓ Storing test history for tracking and customer convenience.

✓ Saving logistical costs arising from dismantling the valve and sending it for calibration outside the site.

✓ Reducing equipment damage on the line during shutdown.

Ground testing laboratories for gas/liquid testing:

A test bench for testing by injecting gas/liquid into the tested valve up to a pressure of 400 BAR.

This testing method is common and accepted in industry and is performed in the workshop and in a mobile service unit up to the customer's yard.

The advantage of this method is the ability to detect leaks if they exist, as well as to allow valve renovation and maintenance.

The stationary test benches produce a graphic output indicating the valve's opening and closing point of the valve, as well as the absence of leakage over time.

Our company has ground test benches:

Stationary - in our workshop, compatible with valves and safety valves.

Mobile to arrive and provide service at the customer's site, for their convenience, as part of the service mobility we offer.
