These services are performed in two ways:

Service mobility:

 Mobile workshop that contains equipment for repairing and inspecting safety valves and other various valves under various conditions, providing solutions for points-specific issues and supporting routine and breakdown repairs. Valve repair processes can be performed on the line after shutdown, as well as on the ground—according to the customer's needs and preferences.

Additionally, our mobile test benches allow for hot testing on the line (PREVENTEST), as well as cold testing on the ground also for high pressures.

Mobile workshops:

They are modular workshops whose structure and contents are designed and adapted according to renovation tasks, providing a comprehensive solution for prolonged and planned shutdowns.

During such complex maintenance shutdowns, which involve significant and sustained activity, we can deploy mobile workshops in the customer's site to provide full service during the shutdown period, including renovation, inspection, calibration, and documentation of all equipment serviced, including control-operated valves, manually operated valves, and safety valves.
Also, during intentional shutdowns and deployment of mobile workshops, the client enjoys a full service that includes preliminary planning, engineering supervision, execution Gantt chart, and continuous communication about the ongoing events to meet renovation targets.

Additionally, our company can provide solutions for additional requirements such as a mobile flange lathe, handling the replacement of gland ropes on the line, and skilled teams for performing various tasks.
